From the beginning of its (his) existence, a construction site, installation or assembly facility is recognized as a permanent establishment of a foreign organization and is subject to registration with the tax authorities of the Republic of Belarus, if such a site or facility exists on the territory of the Republic of Belarus for a period exceeding one hundred eighty days in any a twelve-month period beginning or ending in the corresponding tax period (Article 139 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus).
