The Hi-Tech Park is part of the territory of the Republic of Belarus with a total area of 55.8 hectares within the boundaries established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus with a special legal regime valid until January 1, 2049.

The Hi-Tech Park has been created for the development in the Republic of Belarus of software, information and communication, other new and high technologies aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the national economy.

The HTP’s legal regime is valid throughout the Republic of Belarus. You may register as a resident and use all the advantages of HTP regardless of where the office of your Belarusian company is located: from the regional center to a small settlement. This allows you to fully use the educational, research, professional and infrastructural potential of the whole country.

The activities of Hi-Tech Park are:

  • export of information and communication technologies and other new and high technologies, exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity in the field of new and high technologies;

As Hi-Tech Park’s residents may be registered:

- legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus that have submitted documents specified in clause 4 of the Regulation on the High-Tech Park approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 22, 2005 No. 12 (hereinafter - the Regulation on the Park) to the Park administration, and implementing or planning to implement one or several of the following activities stipulated by the Regulation on the Park.
