Permit to engage foreign labour to the Republic of Belarus

Permit to engage foreign labour to the Republic of Belarus

There are situations when a Belarusian legal entity decides to engage more than ten foreign citizens who do not reside permanently in the territory of the Republic of Belarus to carry out labor activities in their company (for example, to implement any projects). In this case, the legal entity (company) must obtain a permit to engage foreign labor to the Republic of Belarus. Otherwise, the company may employ no more than ten foreign employees, which is often insufficient to implement a project or perform work under a contract.
