If a foreign citizen has received a temporary residence permit in the Republic of Belarus for a period of three months to one year in the manner prescribed by law, he/she may apply for a multiple entry and exit visa of the Republic of Belarus. This visa allows multiple exit and entry from / to the territory of the Republic of Belarus, regardless of which state a foreign citizen leaves and from which state he/she returns to the territory of the Republic of Belarus. This type of visa is more necessary for foreign citizens who often travel outside the Republic of Belarus to solve work or family issues.
The validity period of this visa as a rule cannot exceed the validity of the temporary residence permit and is issued after its issue.
To apply for a multiple entry and exit visa, a foreign citizen personally (or a representative of a legal entity by proxy) with a passport and necessary documents can apply to the department of citizenship and migration at the place of residence of a foreign citizen to apply for a visa. The term for consideration of documents for obtaining a visa is from one to 10 working days (depending on the size of the paid state fee).
