Certificates of conformity are required when legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carry out activities in the field of construction at objects (buildings and structures) of 1,2,3,4 complexity classes (by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 26 of 14.01.2014) and are mandatory!
The Certificates of conformity come in 4 categories, depending on the complexity class of the construction site where the work (services) are performed or the related services are provided (the complexity class of the object is determined in accordance with the state standard STB 2331-2015 / OP “Buildings and Structures. Classification. Main provisions”).
