certified translation

A corporate seal of a translation agency may not be enough for some documents. In this case, we offer you the service a Certified translation. First, a specialist with a translation diploma translates your document, after that a notary certifies the authenticity of his/her signature.

Service procedure:

  1. The client sends to the bureau a document that needs to be translated, reports important additional information (for example, data on the surname spelling in a passport).
  2. A qualified translator translates and signs his/her translation.
  3. The completed translation is stitched to the translated document or its copy. The notary makes a certification inscription, signing it and certifying it with a seal. It is important to know that the notary does not certify the accuracy of the text of the original; he/she only confirms the authenticity of the translator's signature, as well as appropriate qualifications of the translator.

Apostille AND legaliZation

Also, if necessary, our company can assist you with the legalization of documents.

There are two ways of legalization: APOSTILLATION and CONSULAR LEGALIZATION.

Apostille — is a special stamp, only certifies the authenticity of the signature and the capacity of the person who has signed the public document, and, where appropriate, the identity of the seal or stamp it bears. Apostille, affixed to the documents, does not require further certification or legalization and is recognized by the official bodies of all countries parties to the Hague Convention.

Consular legalization – it is a procedure for confirming that a document coming from the authorities of a state or drawn up with the participation of these authorities complies with the laws of that state. Legalization is expressed in the authentication of the signature of the official who signed the document and the seal of the authorized state body.

A document that has legal force in the territory of one state, but has not passed the legalization procedure, will not have legal force in the territory of any other state.
